From the 29th to 31st July 2018 the first training workshop on the TRT programme in Sudan was delivered by Unni Heltne and Masa Al-kurdi.  The training was held in Khartoum, Sudan and held at Ahfad University for Women. A total of 24 participants took part in the training (22 females, 2 males). The majority had previous psychology training. Two of the participants were psychosocial officers at the Red Crescent, 6 worked with refugee children in the camps, and the rest worked in treatment or counselling facilities in and around Khartoum.
