Our manuals are designed to be delivered by personnel who are not necessarily very experienced in child mental health, since there may be a shortage of qualified health personnel during war and disaster situations. However, we strongly advise that people who use the manuals get some training beforehand. We have trained a number of professionals in London and Bergen who can do this. They also go out and train others following wars and disasters.
Over the last years we have conducted trainings in the use of the Teaching Recovery Manual in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
If you want to have a group trained from one of this group’s members, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We also arrange training for individual professionals who plan to use the manual.
We will announce new trainings on our website.
