Two articles based on our Gaza project have been published in Journal of Traumatic Stress and Journal of Loss and Trauma.

Two psychology trainees from the University of Bergen, Ida Lange-Nielsen and Silje Kolltveit, used our Writing for Recovery Manual in a trial with adolescents affected by the war in Gaza.

Short-Term Effects of a Writing Intervention among Adolescents in Gaza evaluated the effect of a short-term group intervention and was published in Journal of Loss and Trauma.

The article on Risk factors of PTSD, anxiety and depression among adolescents in Gaza, which was published in Journal of Traumatic Stress, examined the relationship between exposure to war stressors and psychological distress including effects of age, gender and socioeconomic status. It suggests there are large individual differences in how adolescents are affected by war stressors.
