Presenting Palestinian research findings

29 April, 2011

Findings from a pilot project in Palestine will be presented at a seminar at University of Dundee in May.

Dr Ian Barron, Educational Psychologist at the University of Dundee, has been one of the coordinators of an evaluation of Children and War Foundation’s Teaching Recovery Manual in Palestine. He will share findings at a seminar on Trauma, Abuse and Resilience on 17 May.

It is one of several projects which will be presented with implications for practice in the UK in supporting children in ongoing situations of trauma and stress.

The project is a partnership between Children and War Foundation and the Centre for Applied Research in Education (CARE) in Ramallah.
