Scared-instrument added

Boris Birmaher has kindly given the Foundation permission to add the Self-report for Childhood Anxiety Related Disorders (SCARED) on our website.

Birmaher is the author of the SCARED assessment instrument, and is a professor of psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
